Keith Terrance, Adams, 40, of no fixed address, theft, six weeks prison (consecutive); two counts of joint theft, one count of theft, four weeks prison (concurrent) on each count, £70 compensation, £45 victim surcharge; theft, four weeks prison (consecutive); breached a suspended sentence order imposed for eight counts of theft and one count of failure to surrender to bail, total of 12 weeks prison. Richard Anthony Ward Coombes, 42, of no fixed address, breached a Criminal Behaviour Order, £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge. (G).
Rheece Beard, 30, of no fixed address, damaged a car radio, two weeks prison (concurrent), £115 victim surcharge; used abusive or insulting words or behaviour, eight weeks prison (consecutive), restraining order; failed to surrender to custody, one week prison (consecutive); breached a conditional discharge for criminal damage, sending grossly offensive message and attempted damage, two week prison (concurrent) on each count; breached a suspended sentence order imposed for sending an indecent or grossly offensive message, four weeks prison. Jonathan James Bowyer, 55, of no fixed address, failed to comply with supervision requirements, 14 days prison. (G).
