THESE are some of the faces of those who made the bells ring across Sedgemoor for Armistice Day, 100 years on from the end of the First World War.
Many of them joined bellringing ready for the centenary event, being recruited as part of a national campaign called Ringing Remembers to recruit 1,400 bellringers to commemorate the 1,400 bellringers who lost their lives in the war.
Two of the new recruits were Jo and Tracy who joined in at St Mary's Church in Bridgwater.
They said: "It was an amazing feeling to know that we were ringing the bells along with so many other churches across the country.
"We felt very privileged to be part of such an historic event."
