Stuart Andrew Cuthbertson, 34, of Warren Bay, Watchet, two counts of driving while disqualified, community order, 32 months driving ban; three counts of driving without insurance, driving without correct licence, no separate penalty; driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, driving while disqualified, community order, £120 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs; breached a suspended sentence order, £120 fine; breached a conditional discharge, no action taken. Lucy Gilson, 32, of Kelway Road, Wellington, jumped a red light, £100 fine, £30 victim surcharge, three points. (G).
Lewis Hayden Miles, 40, of Eastwick Road, Taunton, speeding, £260, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, six points. (G).
