A HOMELESS man speaks out about not having a roof over his head.
Simon Summerhayes has been sleeping in the doorway of an empty shop.
He talked to us from the entrance to the former Jones Bootmaker, in North Street, Taunton.
Mr Summerhayes is interviewed on video after he witnessed three shop windows being smashed in the area on Friday night.
He has previously slept outside Lloyds Bank and to the rear of Debenhams, in Goodland Gardens.
He said the situation in the town is "dire" and feels he's being sent on a "wild goose chase", which explains why he is still having to live on the streets.
