TRAFFIC: Cars on East Reach
MOTORISTS on a busy Taunton road had to go their own way after traffic lights failed.
The lights at the bottom of East Reach were not working due to a suspected power failure at around 7am this morning (September 26).
Somerset County Council's highways team informed drivers this morning about the traffic lights - urging people to take extra care.
The spokesman said: "An engineer has attended and the lights are now working.
"Earlier outage lasted approx an hour due to a power failure."
