HUNDREDS of people headed to North Newton at the weekend to soak up the sun, enjoy live music and a few beverages.
The Newt Beer and Music Festival over Friday and Saturday with music from Abba and Foo Fighters tribute acts and Mad Dog Mcrea.
There was also a separate tent set up to ensure festival-goers could see England's 2-0 World Cup quarter-final win against Sweden, and the entertainment that followed allowed guests to celebrate in style.
Brave competitors stepped up the plate in the Yard of Ale challenge.
A spokesperson for Newt Festival said: "Too many people to thank for what has been a hot, but very special weekend.
"A big thank you to our sponsors Diggers N Dumpers Ltd, Sheppy's Cider Ltd and Westons Cider for their support, all the volunteers who made it happen and, of course, to everyone who came and danced and drank and made the Newt Beer & Music Festival so perfect."
