‘MUM-TREPRENEUR’ Hayley Azzopardi is in line for a top award for successfully juggling family and business life.

The mum-of-four and founder of an online children’s activities website said she feels ‘humbled’ by reaching the shortlist.

Hayley has earned herself a place in the final of The Mpower National Business Awards, which celebrates parents across the UK who manage to balance parenthood with full-time work.

The busy Brent Knoll mum owns The Emperor Class Centre, an online activities class finder.

She said: “I feel very humbled to be a finalist among such outstanding women. To be recognised for my passion and dedication to families is overwhelming. My drive is early childhood experiences and aiding families.

"The awards highlight that mother’s such as myself can have their own business and strive. I also graduate from university this year so it is very exciting.”

Hayley is also in with the chance of winning The Mpower Woman of the Year Award, which is awarded to a mum who is an inspiration to women in business.

Hayley has to impress a panel of top parent entrepreneurs and business owners to win. She won’t find out if she has been successful until June 23 when the winners will be announced at The Mpower Gala at Holiday Inn Bloomsbury in London.

Nicola Huelin, a mum-of-four our and founder of the Mpower Awards, said: “There are a lot of awards out there and we are proud about what makes these awards. Often invisible to most, mums in business are changing the business landscape.”
