AN electric fryer has been badly damaged following an accidental fire near Bridgwater.
Firefighters from Street, Glastonbury and Bridgwater were all sent to the property on Bath Road in Ashcott at 12.03pm yesterday (March 21).
When crews arrived they confirmed there was a fire involving an industrial unit within the premises.
Firefighters used four breathing apparatus sets, a carbon dioxide extinguisher, a fire blanket, prima foam and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
The fire caused 50 per cent damage to an electrical fryer and the cause was deemed accidental by fire crews.
