Emergency services called after vehicle leaves motorway
EMERGENCY services were called to a one-vehicle traffic collision on the M5 just after noon today (Thursday).
A vehicle had left the carriageway on the M5 southbound between Wellington and Tiverton.
Fire crews from Wellington, the heavy rescue vehicle from Middlemoor and an operational assurance officer were mobilised to the incident.
The first crews in attendance arrived to find all persons free and clear of the vehicle.
Duty of care for the incident was left with the police.
