A YOUNG man has died after being hit by a bike.
Nick Graydon, aged 27, who grew up and was educated in Taunton Deane, died on Saturday a fortnight after the incident.
Mr Graydon was injured in the incident in Brook Road, Bristol, at 8pm on Saturday, November 25.
The cyclist was travelling on Lower Cheltenham Road onto Brook Road ahead of the collision.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said: "It appears Mr Graydon stepped out into the road from behind a parked van."
Mr Graydon suffered serious head injuries and was treated at Southmead Hospital, in Bristol, where he sadly died in hospital on Saturday.
The cyclist suffered minor injuries.
The spokesman added: "We’re keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident who may have information to help our enquiries."
