WE love hearing about the weather in this country - but it's not particularly good news for the weekend in the Taunton and Minehead areas.
A yellow warning put out by the MetOffice for Friday and Saturday has been extended into Sunday.
Following a cold, frosty night with temperatures down to freezing, it will remain chilly today (Saturday), with the thermometer struggling up to a maximum 4degs C.
There are likely to be some isolated wintry showers today, especially over the moors
It will again be cold, although we could get more sunny spells. Expect some rain later on and temperatures could get up to 7degs C.
But be warned - heay rain and gales are forecast for Sunday, turning to showers as the day goes on.
