A DRIVER in West Somerset is regretting cutting corners.
They were caught out after they omitted to insure their car and to get a licence.
Police seized the vehicle back in April and the offender has now appeared before Taunton Magistrates.
As @ASPWSomerset's tweet explains it wasn't worth it - the driver received six penalty points and was ordered to pay more than £1,000 in fines and costs.
