A HIGHBRIDGE school has partnered up with the Priory Learning Trust to make improvements after it was slammed by inspectors.
Staff at The King Alfred School have been working with the Clevedon Learning Trust since June to make improvements after the school’s ‘requires improvement’ Ofsted rating in April.
The South West Headteacher Board met on August 31 to decide which Trust should be asked to sponsor the school.
The board decided that the Priory Learning Trust, based in Weston-super-Mare, would be best placed to support the school with its ongoing improvements
