A 13-STRONG delegation from Germany was among those celebrating 10 years of the Sedgemoor Rotary Club.
District Governor-elect Freido Reim, from the twin Rotary Club of Homberg, was one of the German visitors at the anniversary dance held at the Bridgwater and Albion Rugby Club.
Key Rotarians Derek Gibson and Jack White, from the clubs in Bridgwater and Burnham, were also present.
Acting president Philip Sneed said: “Over its 10 years the club has been extremely active, particularly meeting local needs.
“We have done a lot of work with our ‘mother club’ which has been of benefit to the wider community.”
