STUDENTS at Berrow Primary School enjoyed a physical education lesson with a difference with guest coaches coming in to teach the youngsters.
Joe Syvret from Key Stage Coaching came into the school to give the children an active ‘Winter Sports’ themed lesson.
Children enjoyed taking on a variety of challenges throughout the course of the morning, even though it didn’t involve any snow.
Key Stage Coaching was set up by Somerset PE teacher Ben Kirk, and is a company which comes into schools to try and improve the standard of physical education across the county.
Mr Kirk said: “We feel it is paramount that PE lessons are enjoyable and encourage pupils to stay healthy.”
