FANCY running your own pub?
Brewers Wadworth is looking for a tenant to take on the Rose and Crown, in East Lyng.
The pub dates back to the 13th Century and currently serves home-cooked food along with a selection of fine wines and real ales.
The inglenook fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during the winter, while the garden makes the Rose and Crown a popular destination in the summer.
Wadworth say there is an opportunity to develop the camping side of the business in a large field to the rear.
A spokesman said: "The business partner will need to have a strong knowledge of running a food-led business.
"They will need to be able to deliver a strong family based food menu with pub classics and children’s options.
"They will also need to be able to interact with the local trade and be able to manage the various skittle teams at the pub."
