STAGECOACH South West has announced that from Saturday (December 3) a new timetable will come into effect on the South West Falcon, connecting Devon and Somerset with Bristol Airport and Bristol city centre.
In addition to revised departure times, the operator has added a new stop at Lee Mill.
It will also be possible for customers to make local journeys along the route, for example between Exeter and Cullompton or Churchill and Bristol Airport.
From the same date, concessionary passes will also be valid for travel on Falcon for journeys between Plymouth and Cullompton and between Taunton and Bristol, subject to local time restrictions.
For all other journeys, concessionary passes are not valid but customers can still buy the special £5 return fare from the driver, valid for travel at any time excluding 4.45am to 9.30am Monday to Friday.
Bob Dennison, managing director of Stagecoach South West, said: “I hope the changes we are introducing create more opportunities for customers to use Falcon as a commuter service, especially for journeys between Churchill and Bristol city centre.”
