More than 40 local tradesmen and contractors employed for new Bridgwater retirement development

Almost a third of its apartments were sold in one day, with retirees attending an official sales launch last month.

Twelve of the development’s 37 one and two bedroom apartments were snapped up in a matter of hours, and the sales team is urging others to get in touch.
