WINSHAM is now the proud owner of a defibrillator, which will be at the Bell Inn and near the school.
Thanks to Rosie Clampett who planned it all. She and three more who belong to St John’s Ambulance put on a mini-breakfast with tea, coffee and lovely cake – very tasty. There was a great draw with prizes, with help from some grown-ups in the kitchen. They made more than £400.
It is great when so many youngsters are criticised these days. Thanks again, lets hope it won’t have to be used too often.
Marj Fowler, Winsham
