AN award-winning ex-Chilton Trinity student is excelling in her career with a local firm.

Hannah Venning, aged 21 won the Young Achievers Award two years ago at Pardoes and is now on course to becoming a legal executive with the Wessex Law Academy.

After leaving Chilton Trinity, Hannah started at Pardoes as a Business and Administration apprentice and won the Young Achievers Award in her first full year, voted by the firm's 120 employees.

Since then, she has been promoted to the family team and has assisted in organising the Sedgemoor Business Awards.

Pardoes is around 100 years old and began in Bridgwater.

Hannah said: "I have loved my time at Pardoes which is a real family friendly firm that allows people to thrive.

"I'm looking forward to becoming a legal executive and seeing where my career takes me."
