Theft and threatening behaviour: Who from Bridgwater has been up in court
RECENT cases dealt with by Taunton Magistrates’ Courts included the following in and around Bridgwater: n Shaun Michael Payne, 28, of Chilton Street, Bridgwater, three cases if theft, £15.99 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge; breached a conditional discharge, no action taken. (G).
n Wayne Anthony Nash, 30, of Longstone Avenue, Bridgwater, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, community order, £60 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge. (G).
