BUSY: There are delays on the A38 at J23 and J24
The main problem is the A38 at North Petherton where lights are causing long tailbacks.
Use the M5 from Bridgwater to Taunton to avoid the jam although J25 is busier than usual.
J24 on the M5 is slow - and there is a long tailback into Bridgwater from the junction.
Edithmead - tailbacks in all directions - so allow an extra few minutes.
