Talented singers from Burnham and Highbridge Choral Society took to the stage at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

The group joined in The Really Big Chorus in a choir of 2000 people to sing Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man.

The choral society’s musical director Nicholas Bromilow will also be singing at the venue in the penultimate night of the BBC Proms.

The members of the choir, which is a registered charity, feel very privileged to have Nicholas lead them for another season.

He is musical director to several choirs and orchestras and that are hoping to combine later in the year for a performance in Bristol.

They also have an accompanist, Frances Webb, who is a sought after pianist, singer and teacher.

Why not come and join the Burnham and Highbridge Choral Society this autumn?

Rehearsals begin on Thursday September 10 at 7.30pm in the Methodist Church Hall, College Street, Burnham.
