Officers have released a CCTV image of a man we want to speak to about the assault.

"The victim, who was returning from having chemotherapy treatment, suffered minor cuts to his arm after being pushed."

"The man we’re trying to trace is described as white and he was wearing a black t-shirt, black baseball cap and he had headphones on.

UPDATE: Police have now interviewed a man on a voluntary basis about the allegation.

If anyone recognises the man in the image, or were a passenger on the bus at the time and haven’t yet spoken to police, contact the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101 and quote log number 79710/15.
