LOOKS like Miss Piggy may have had one too many!

She was one of the stars at the Fitzhead Tithe Barn plant, cake, bric a brac, seed sale at the weekend.

The event was combined with the St James Church Flower festival depicting Fitzhead Life, with scarecrows made by villagers.

The floral displays in the church included flower arrangements depicting various village events.

One window was dressed as a First World War memorial, telling the tale of five soldiers who lost their lives - their stories had been research by Linda Matthews.

The two-day event raised around £900 towards new heating in the Tithe Barn and some lighting for the church.
