AN EXTRA special delivery made an appearance to thrilled parents Kimberley Prowse and Lee Johnson on Saturday, when their very own royal baby was born.

Little Tommi-Lee Johnson was born in Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton, the same day as the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and Prince William’s daughter Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

Kimberly says Tommi-Lee was a miracle baby after the Bridgwater couple experienced heartache last June.

The 26-year-old said: “We were shocked when I found out I was pregnant because only six weeks before I had had a stillborn little boy at 31 weeks.

“It was really difficult and I didn’t think I would be expecting again so soon after but we were just over the moon.

“After what I went through, it made this pregnancy and birth even more emotional but special for both of us.”

Unlike the little princess who kept her parents waiting, Tommi-Lee, who weighed 7lbs and 8ozs, was born on his due date.

But the birth wasn’t without complications.

Kimberly added: “They induced me on Saturday and everything was going fine but then they realised that the baby’s heart rate was going down and wasn’t coming back up quick enough so they said I would have to have a C-Section.

“It was a worry but everything went fine and he was out by 10.55pm. “It’s all been a bit overwhelming but we’re just happy he’s here and doing well.”

Just like Princess Charlotte, Tommi-Lee has a big sibling to look out for him.

Kimberly added: “I already have a little girl, Kaila-Rose Prowse, who is three. “I was really worried about how she would react when she saw her little brother.

“She loves him to bits already. I think she’s going to be a great little helper with her brother.”

There are rumours that Kate and William are already planning their third baby but Kimberly said she’s got no plans to have another anytime soon.

“I didn’t think I’d have another baby after what happened and I’m just so happy that I have two children who are lovely and healthy, that’s all you want as a parent,” she added.

“It’s quite mad they were born on the same day.”
