Toby Carvery to open in Taunton (April 28)
A NEW restaurant will be opening in Taunton later this month, following a six-week refurbishment.
Toby Carvery, the chain carvery, will be opening on April 28 at the old Blackbrook Tavern on the Ilminster Road. The restaurant has seating for over 172 people and has created 20 jobs.
The pub has been refurbished as part of the Mitchells & Butler’s acquisition of 173 Orchid sites in 2014.
Gareth Murphy, manager of Toby Carvery Taunton, said: “We are delighted to be opening a new restaurant in Taunton and look forward to welcoming lots of new faces over the coming weeks and months.”
