Community giving day in Wembdon
WEMBDON Parish Council are asking the community to give up a few hours on Saturday to help out in a Community Giving Day.
The event will see members of the council along with residents begin clearing up the land next to the site of the new Village Hall.
The land, recently acquired by the parish council, will be made into into a wild flower meadow alongside The Green at Wembdon which will provide a village Hall and sports area for the community.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 7 from 10am to 4pm at the site adjacent to Homberg way.
