MEMBERS of Taunton Vale Inner Wheel Club raised £2,400 for the Parkinsons@Taunton Group at a race evening at Oake Manor Golf Club.
A representative from the charity, Alan Gould, gave a short talk on the importance of fundraising and thanked the record ‘punters’ for their support.
The 64 ‘runners’ were all sponsored to enable the group to earn more cash.
