THE Coastline Players of Brean are preparing for another exciting production, and this year’s pantomime is Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves.
The small but ever-popular society has been working hard towards this year’s production, bringing the tale of Ali Baba to the stage with a few ‘panto twists’ added in for fun.
The story is not necessarily what you might expect from a traditional pantomime yet it has all the great moments you need to make a pantomime a success – slapstick, romance, comedy and high adventure.
There are some great musical numbers that audiences will recognise and love to sing along to, and to top it all off there is even a dancing camel.
The pantomime takes place at Brean Village Hall from February 16 until 21, with evening performances starting at 7.30 and a Saturday matinee at 2pm.
Tickets are available from the Brean Village Post Office- £5 and £8.
