NHS STAFF in Burnham have managed to raise £160 for charity during their ‘Hope Day’.
Team members at the Mulberry Centre in Brent Road cash by taking part in a ‘bring a bear to work’ day at the end of January.
As well as bringing their furry friends to work staff also took part in a packed day of fundraising activities.
The money will be donated to the Hope Project in Delhi, India which aims to provide the needy, poor and underprivileged with the opportunities to realise their hidden potential.
The project also oversees a health clinic providing the poor with medical services that they otherwise would not have access to.
