HEALTHWATCH Somerset, the organisation which represents patients and carers across Somerset, has today launched a new website.
The new site – www.healthwatchsomerset.co.uk – is easier to use and easier to leave feedback on local health and social care services in the feedback centre.
People can now give star ratings for services and leave comments anonymously if they wish.
It also has new features to give more details about the services patients and carers often need.
Morgan Daly is the Manager of Healthwatch Somerset.
He said: “This is a fantastic new site.
"It will help us to gather more views about the health and social care services that people across Somerset use. It will also provide more information and show you what services are available.
"And the site will also show what people are telling us.
"So you will be able to go to the site and see what are the top five concerns or issues being raised by others across the county.”
