BUSINESSMAN and County Gazette columnist Mark Wall is flying to Athens next week to help with the rebuilding of the Greek NHS.
Mark, who lives in Taunton and has run his own PR and communications business since 2011, has been invited by the World Health Organisation to train leaders in the Greek health service in communication skills.
He said: “Greece has suffered a lot over the last few years with all sorts of financial difficulties, but there are plenty of very committed people working hard to rebuild the services people need.
“It is a great privilege for me to be part of the WHO team helping with the rebuilding of the their health system.
“I will be working with about 50 leaders from across the country looking at communications skills and how to deal with the media.
“I’m sure it will be an enjoyable trip – although I think I will only see the beach if we fly over it.”
