FREE support and advice is being offered to people in Bridgwater who want to improve their computer skills.
The two weekly IT support sessions will give people a chance to learn skills and become more comfortable in front of a computer and on the internet.
The centres, run by Sedgemoor Digital Link, also offer free internet access for those who do not have their own computers at home, allowing members of the public to access emails, online banking or apply for jobs.
All equipment is provided at the centre with no appointment needed.
The sessions will run alongside the existing drop-in centre at Victoria Park Community Centre on Tuesday mornings.
The new sessions will be held every Monday 9.30am-11.30am at Hamp Children’s Centre, Rhode Lane, from September 15 and at Sydenham Children’s Centre 9.30am- 11.30am on Friday from September 19.
Anyone interested in offering voluntary IT support at the sessions can contact Somerset You Can Do on 01278-664180.
