Badger Cull companies and the NFU will not be in police control room during this year’s culls
BADGER Cull companies and the NFU will not be present in the Avon and Somerset control room during this year’s culls it has been confirmed.
Supt Kevin Instance of the force defended the decision to have the NFU present during last year’s culls, saying it was to maintain public safety.
But he has confirmed they will not be present this year and added that he will continue to listen to and work with the public to make sure future culls are conducted safely.
