A 50-year-old man has been released on police bail pending further enquiries, say Avon & Somerset Police.
He was arrested yesterday (Tuesday August 19) on suspicion of facilitating entry of people into the UK.
Fifteen people who were found in the back of a lorry near Ilminster on Tuesday afternoon remain in a rest centre.

The Area Commander added that this incident was not related to the one at Tilbury Docks on Saturday.
GEOFF Wessell, Area Commander for Somerset, told the Chard and Ilminster News:
"At around 1pm we had a number of calls from members of the public reporting banging noises from the back of a heavy goods wagon.
"Police officers stopped the vehicle at the petrol station and found 15 people in the back of the wagon.
"12 were males and three were females.
"They are all nice and healthy and have been given water and food.
"They were all distressed and were hot in the back of the vehicle.
"We have checked them out and they are fit and well.
"The lorry had come from the Calais direction coming into the South West.
"All of the people in the back of the lorry are subject to be spoken to.
"We will be working with immigration.
"They are not telling us a lot else other than where they are from."

A MAN from Germany has been arrested on suspicion of facilitating the unlawful entry of people into the UK, Avon & Somerset Police has announced.
In a lengthy statement, police have clarified that a total of 15 people were found on board the lorry – including men, women and a 15-year-old boy.
They have stated they are from Eritrea and Kashmir.
Police were alerted at around 1pm today after receiving several calls raising concerns about noises coming from the back of a lorry.
The spokesman said: "They were checked over by paramedics at the scene, but there are no ongoing concerns over their health or wellbeing and they’ve been provided with medical support and supplies.
"We’re now liaising with the local authority to manage their ongoing welfare needs.
The lorry, which originated in mainland Europe, has been seized as part of our investigation."

REPORTER Dan who is still at the scene said: "Everyone is out of the lorry now, they're all going to be taken to a holding area in about ten minutes but police won't say where.
"All of the people are in a stable condition."
A POLICE sniffer dog and police officer have been at the scene and inside the lorry.
Chief reporter Daniel Milligan said:
"One of the riot vans has left the petrol station forecourt but we do not think any of the people found in the van were taken away in it."

Chief reporter Daniel Milligan, reporting from the scene, said:
"There appears to be 20 or 30 people in the back of the HGV.
"There's a heavy police presence at the scene and it also looks like people are not being allowed in or out of the Travelodge at the services."
THIS just in from Avon & Somerset Police:
"We stopped a lorry at a service station off the A303 at Southfields roundabout at about 1pm, which contained a group of 20 people who are currently being treated by paramedics for possible dehydration.
"Their health and welfare is paramount as we try to piece together with the immigration authorities exactly what has happened."
THE services at Southfield Roundabout have been sealed off, but traffic towards Yeovil and Taunton continues to run smoothly.
Chief reporter Daniel Milligan, reporting from the scene, said:
"Six police cars, two riot vans and a police motorbike are on the scene, as well as two ambulances. I also passed three other cars on my way here."

REPORTS were received at around 2pm of a large police presence at the services next to the Southfields Roundabout near Ilminster.
Eye witnesses said a HGV appears to have been stopped at the site and there are around six to eight police cars.
The roundabout connects the A303 towards Yeovil with the A358 towards Taunton.
