STAFF at Wilko in the Angel Place Shopping Centre in Bridgwater are continuing their charity partnership with the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance for another year.
After raising £4,691 for the ambulance in the past 12 months staff are keen to start another year of fundraising.
Dawson Thomas, store manager, said: “We’ve had a wonderful year supporting the DSAA and hope the total raised by the team made a real difference, but we’re not stopping there —we have plenty of ideas, and hope our loyal customers in Bridgwater will support them and see us on our way to another amazing total.”
Debbie Birtwisle, fundraising coordinator with the air ambulance, said: “We’re thrilled to have the Wilko team on board as a key fundraiser for another year.”
