Three hurt in fire
PARAMEDICS treated three people hurt when a kettle caught fire in Puriton.
Three fire crews from Bridgwater were sent to the scene of the incident shortly before 6.30pm on Wednesday, but the fire was out by the time they arrived.
A fire service spokesman said three people were treated by paramedics at the scene but the nature and seriousness of their injuries is not known.
The cause of the fire was said to be accidental.
