A FIVE-YEAR-OLD boy impaled his foot on a seesaw in Dunster this afternoon (August 6).
Fire crews from Minehead and an ambulance attended the incident at Mill Lane after receiving the call at 3.05pm.
On arrival, the boy had been released from the seesaw.
He had impaled his foot on a large nail and sustained a deep wound.
The child was taken to Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton after the crews treated him.
