VISITORS steamed into the past and relived some great memories at the Isleport Steam and Vintage Working Show at the weekend.
The event, which included nostalgia and fun for all the family, was organised to be suitable for all ages by a dedicated team of enthusiasts.
The aim of the event, at Isleport Farm, Highbridge, was to preserve the classic sight of vintage steam, agricultural and other nostalgic vehicles no longer in daily use in our fields or on our roads.
Exhibits included commercial vehicles, classic cars, tractors, steam engines, motorbikes, stationary engines and military vehicles.
There were also impressive examples of tractor pulling and a popular motor sport competition which enthusiasts said is the most powerful in the world with some tractors sporting aeroplane engines boasting 3,000 brake horse power or more.
