Three people hurt after kettle catches fire in Puriton

PARAMEDICS treated three people hurt when a kettle caught fire in Puriton this evening. 

Three fire crews from Bridgwater were sent to the scene of the incident shortly before 6.30pm, but the fire was out by the time they arrived. 

A fire service spokesman said three people were treated by paramedics at the scene, but the nature and seriousness of their injuries is not known. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.

As being nearby and seeing the canal incident happen I can say it most certainly was not a pisshead it was a young lad who was attacked and pushed in the canal so maybe get all the facts before you go round speaking your ****
