CHARD couple Russell Bonfield and Rebecca Louise Higgins have been married.
They were married at St Marys Church in Tatworth by Reverend Jennie Evans.
Russell is a waiter at Cricket St Thomas Hotel while Rebecca works as a housekeeper at Lordleaze Hotel in Chard.
The groom is the only son of Derek and Linda Bonfield of Chard, and the bride is the eldest daughter of Suzanna Higgins and the late Barry Shoemark, of Chard.
The bride wore a strapless ivory dress with train and floral and diamante decoration and carried a bouquet of cream and purple flowers.
The bridesmaids were Clare Bonfield (groom’s sister), Shannon Higgins (bride's sister) and flower girl Millieanne Higgins (bride’s sister).
Clare and Shannon wore purple full length dress in chiffon over satin Millienne wore a white full length satin dress The bestmen were Derek Bonfield and Barry Atyeo and ushers were Keith Atyeo and Paul Trott Pageboys were Robert and Luke Atyeo (groom's cousins) The couple’s honeymoon will be in Florida next year.
