LENKA Davies’ head shave has raised more than £2,000 for Cancer Research UK.
Lenka, who lives in Cotford St Luke. decided to shed her locks at a charity event at Vivary Golf Club, Taunton.
Jack Williamson got in on the act by winning an auction to wield the electric razor, raising £100 in the process.
And Aliette Goodman, 13, helped provide the entertainment with a stunning singing performance.
Lenka said: “I want to say a massive thank you for all the support and donations from friends, family and |colleagues for this very worthy cause.
“We’ve all been touched by this dreadful disease and we need to do everything we can to find a cure to eliminate it forever.”
