THERE has been a sharp decrease in the number of crimes in the Sydenham area of Bridgwater.
In April there were 91 crimes reported, but figures released this week for May show there were 50.
Figures were not that low in the area since January when there were 47.
Anti-social behaviour remains the most common crime.
