A CHURCH in Highbridge has held a 12-hour music marathon.

The event at St John’s Church saw visitors enjoy a day of non-stop musical entertainment from local performers throughout the day.

It helped raise money for poor countries overseas by raising cash in aid of ToiletTwinning.org which helps promote safe sanitation in Africa and Asia.

Thanks to donations, £60 can buy a single toilet while £240 buys a whole block.
