A GIRL was taken to hospital after reports of a disturbance on Burnham beach.
Police were called to an area near Maddock’s Slade on Friday after groups of youths had been causing trouble in the area which led to one teenager suffering head injuries. Her injuries are not thought to be serious.
Police confirmed they had been called to the area just after 10pm on June 21.
Guests at a nearby bed and breakfast have complained recently about late night noise disturbing them, caused by groups of youths congregating in the area at weekends.
