Police launched their appeal for whistle blowers to shop football fans who drive after watching matches on TV by displaying the vehicle outside Taunton’s Market House.
It was written on an accident caused by a drink driver.
Avon and Somerset Police have extended their Christmas Operation Tonic initiative to run during the World Cup in Brazil.
Officers are calling on members of the public to report drink or drug drivers by ringing 999 or texting the word ‘drunk’ with brief details such as the vehicle registration and its location to 81819.
