POLICE are hunting for a man who assualted two other men in Yeovil.

The incident happened between 1.45am and 2.25am on Thursday (May 29) as two men were walking home along Grass Royal.

They were approached by an unknown man who asked them for a cigarette, which he was given.

When he was refused a second cigarette he is alleged to have assaulted both victims, with one of them, a 19-year-old man, suffering cuts to his lip and a possible broken nose.

The man, who was in the company of a female, is described as white, aged between 18 and 20, 5ft 10ins tall of average build with short dark hair. He was wearing a black Adidas tracksuit and white trainers.
