The session aims to help those who suffer from breathing difficulties
SUFFERERS of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases will be offered a free specialised breathing programme.
Simon Paddon, from Taunton, will host a two-hour session at Heathfield Community School, Monkton Heathfield, next Tuesday, for those who have problems breathing properly due to asthma, anxiety and panic, sleeping problems, and other breathing disorders.
Mr Paddon is one of fewer than 300 specialists in the world qualified to teach Buteyko Breathing and has led a series of pilot studies of the specialised Russian breathing programme.
