A CUSTOM built mountain bike worth over £1,000 was stolen from a garage in Westonzoyland.

Between 8pm on March 14 and 8am on March 15, someone broke into a garage on Kirk Drive in Westonzoyland and stole the bike.

PCSO Helen Whitehead said: “The owner is devastated. We would really like anyone who has been offered it or has seen anyone who has suddenly appeared with a very nice bike to contact us.”

The bike was white in colour and made by the Orange Mountain Bikes company, model type Orange Gents Mountain Bike.
